Exchange & Return Period

Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.


Exchange & Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included items must be returned with the product.

  • TRIX reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request if the product shows signs of use, damage, or misuse.


Exchanges & Returns Due to Change of Mind

If the customer wishes to exchange or return a product for reasons unrelated to product quality, including:

  • Changing the color.

  • Changing the model.

  • No longer wanting the product after delivery.

  • Any change of purchasing decision.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange or return process.


Exchanges & Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Orders

If a product has a manufacturing defect or the customer receives an item that does not match the original order, TRIX will bear all shipping costs related to the exchange or return process.

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by the TRIX Quality Control Team.


Inspection Upon Delivery

TRIX offers customers the ability to inspect their order upon delivery at no additional charge.

If the product is found to have a visible defect or does not match the ordered item during inspection, the customer may refuse delivery without any additional charges.


3-Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty

All TRIX products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing-related defects, including:

  • Stitching defects.

  • Zipper defects.

  • Hardware and accessories defects.

  • Material or assembly defects resulting from the manufacturing process.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling.

  • Scratches, cuts, or wear caused by normal use.

  • Damage caused by excessive weight or overloading.

  • Damage resulting from exposure to water, chemicals, or excessive heat.

  • Any damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose.

TRIX reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies as a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund amount will be processed.

  • For online payments, refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing time may range from 2 to 14 business days depending on the payment provider and the customer's bank.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or any mutually agreed payment method.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

TRIX reserves the right to restrict or disable the Cash on Delivery payment option for future orders in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of an order after it has been prepared or handed over to the shipping company.

  • Repeated refusal to accept delivered orders without a product-related issue.

  • Repeated returns for reasons unrelated to product quality or errors on the part of TRIX.

In such cases, future purchases may only be completed through prepaid electronic payment methods.

  2. Provide photos showing the product condition or the issue being reported.

  3. Share your order number or the phone number used when placing the order.
